oh! well your lines are so smooth, i thought you used it. put a few drops of windex in your inks and it makes it super smooth.

i can't recall the scientific explanation on why it does that, but i learned the trick while talking to a comic artist i adore. (what? no! i wasn't stalking Tommy Castillo at comic con

) i had never heard about that trick before, and tried it myself... i was happy with the results.

LoL, I was just hangin out with tommy in Pittsburgh. I was set up a few tables down from him. At the auction that night the show promoter was selling some of his art an commented that he probably used tobacco juice and blood to produce his effects,Lol. (Tommy's known for his Mcguyver-like art.)Well babe, use what ever works for ya I say!!!!

haha yes, he really is like an art mcguyver... he once told me how his black ink isn't really even black. he mixes x amount of grey with x amount of purple.

i didn't even realize grey and purple would make such a pure black like that. he never fails to impress me.
